About the event
"Through sound, rhythm, instrumentation, the artist creates a portal into the world of Otzkö Kazo, a mythopoetic (the fabrication of myths) practice that has become a foundation to her art and research practice. The piece includes bio-sonification (converting the energy of plants into sound), spiritual harmonization, and rhythmic structures that explore math and time in pursuit of sonically catalyzing entrance into the subconscious. Performers will use improvisation to transform the sounds and rhythms into time-based bodily sculptures that emphasize the spiritual significance of synchronicity."
