screendance shown at d.c. choreographer's festival 2023, D.C. Rhizome's 'spectral' 2024, acda nationals, Experimental performance series 2023, and various film festivals around the united states.

A ScreenDance by MK Ford combining dance performance and frame-by-frame hand drawn animation. This piece is a collage of mediums moving through time and scale variations as part of a depiction of grief, dysphoria, and states of disarray. Void spaces inhabit the presence of absence as immaterial entities engage as a representation of transient relationships and hauntological sensibilities.
